https://leanproducts.eu/shop/wp-65-1735 https://leanproducts.eu/web/image/product.template/1735/image_1920?unique=d0a6f66The WP 65 is an electric work positioner with a maximum capacity of 65 kg at 400 mm from the mast, available in steel and stainless steel versions. It offers three stroke options (965, 1200 and 1600 mm), a lifting speed of 120 mm/s and an autonomy of 150-250 cycles thanks to the 24 V - 9 Ah AGM batteries. The leg configuration (standard, angled or central) and the Ø 75 swivel front wheels with Ø 125 rear brake ensure stability and mobility in production environments. It is operated via the WPR-R1 ergonomic handle with integrated remote control.
Work Positioner
Edmolift WP 65 Electric Work Positioner 65 kg
The WP 65 lifts cartons, reels and crates up to 65 kg and brings them to working height, up to 194 cm. It is controlled from the ErgoControl handle with remote control; the aluminium and steel structure makes it light and sturdy. The Edmolift WP 65 is a battery electric work positioner: an ergonomic lifting device for reels and boxes.
Why choose it
ErgoControl remote control
Ergonomic handle with remote control; automatic levelling on request.
Overload limiter
Protects trolley and operator if the load is too heavy.
Easy to maintain
Designed for simple maintenance and repairs.
Steel or stainless steel
Painted steel IP44 or 304L stainless steel IP65 for food and pharmaceutical use.
Choose it if…
- you move cartons, reels or crates up to 65 kg
- you want to control the trolley from the remote control on the handle
- a stroke of up to 1600 mm is enough

Up to 65 kg, with the load’s centre of gravity 400 mm from the mast. The stroke is 965, 1200 or 1600 mm depending on the mast (XS, S or M). For loads up to 85 kg or a stroke of up to 2050 mm there is the WP 85; for electric grippers, the WP 125.
From the ErgoControl handle: with an up/down button (WPR-R0), with a remote control (WPR-R1) or with a remote control plus the automatic levelling or multi-position option (WPR-R2). The battery level is shown on the control unit.
The 2 standard AGM batteries (24 V – 9 Ah) charge to 100% in 7.5 hours with the external charger; the trolley must not be used while charging. On request there are lithium batteries (WPR-O-0004), which charge faster, or a removable battery pack with charging station (WPR-O-0039) and extra packs to swap.
Yes: platforms, forks, booms, core grippers and the crane arm are fixed to the tool carriage with M6 screws. With the WPR-A-0001-SS quick change the trolley part stays on the WP 65 and a tool part (WPR-A-0002-SS) is fitted to each tool: you change it in a few seconds, on your own, without unscrewing it.
There are three bases: standard legs 430 mm long and 476 mm wide, central legs with a narrow 422 × 144 mm base and angled legs 400 × 380 mm. The central and angled legs let you get closer to benches and shelves.
Among the documents you can download from this page: the user manual in Italian and English and the technical drawing. The wiring diagram is on page 24 of the manual, right after the spare parts list.
A work positioner: the battery-powered electric lifter that lifts, carries and positions the part at the push of a button, with the right tool for the load: platform, forks, boom, gripper or crane arm. Capacities range from 55 to 285 kg.
With a work positioner and the right tool: the boom goes into the core of the reel, the gripper clamps it from the outside, and there is also an electric gripper that turns it through 90°. For drums there is the manual front tilting gripper, which lifts and tilts them with a handwheel.
From four things: part weight, how you pick it up (which tool you need), stroke and working environment. The capacity applies with the centre of gravity 400 mm from the mast, tool included; the work positioner buying guide, with its 4-question selector, shows you the suitable models and tools.
Yes, in the stainless steel version: work positioner and tools in 304L stainless steel with IP 65 protection, from WP 55 to WP 285, for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Stainless units take tools in the SS version; the WP ONE comes in IP 44 steel only.
Overload protection stops lifting if the load is too heavy and the anti-crush system stops lowering if it meets an obstacle; there is also a reinforced toothed belt, shielded moving parts, soft start and stop and an emergency stop on the control unit. It must not be used to lift people.
Every 6 months the belt, fixing screws and batteries are checked; once a year the mechanical and electrical parts, by authorised staff. Charge the battery at least once or twice a week, even with occasional use, and every 6 months if the work positioner is not used.
