Why choose it
Loading and unloading without an operator
It recognises the rack, docks, lifts it and releases it on its own: nobody has to load or unload the robot.
A new mission right away
As soon as it leaves the rack it sets off on the next mission: the robot travels, the carts stay where they are needed.
Installs without building work
VSLAM+ navigation with cameras and LiDAR: no tapes, magnets or QR codes. When the layout changes you update the map.
Safe around people
ISO 3691-4 compliant: 360° LiDAR, depth cameras, anti-collision bumper and emergency stop.
Choose it if…
- You want to automate loading and unloading too, not just the trip.
- You work with dedicated racks or wheeled carts, with loads up to 300 kg.
- You exchange full and empty racks between warehouse, line side and departments.
- The robot will work alongside operators: you need ISO 3691-4.
Choose another solution if…
- A load deck or tray frame with manual loading and unloading is all you need: Pudu T300 →
- You want to tow the carts you already have, without modifying them (T300 with towing device): Pudu T300 →
- You need to lift existing shelves and carts from underneath, up to 600 kg: Pudu T600 Underride →
- You need to move pallets on the floor up to 2,000 kg: Pudu MP2000 →

Where it works
The T300L is used where materials travel on racks or carts and loading and unloading time weighs as much as the trip:
- Line side: it brings the component rack to the workstation and takes the empty one back
- Semi-finished goods between departments: racks between machining, assembly, testing and quality control
- Warehouse: racks and carts between goods-in, storage and shipping
- Healthcare: carts of supplies and linen between wards and floors, with connected elevators
- Hotels: linen and supply carts between storeroom and floors
The T300L uses the PUDU Lifting Rack or compatible carts: we check the dimensions of your cart during the site survey.
How lifting works
Slides under and lifts
The robot moves under the rack, recognises it and docks on its own, lifts it and carries it to its destination.
It sees people and obstacles
360° LiDAR and depth cameras also see low or overhanging obstacles: the robot slows down, stops or recalculates its route.
Signals for people working nearby
Arrows and “traffic-light” lights show where it will go; high-brightness indicator and acoustic warnings.
PUDU Lifting Rack: 900 × 660 × 308 mm, usable deck 820 × 610 mm, base 275 mm from the floor, 15.7 kg, lockable swivel castors.
The same modes as the T300
Automatic delivery
Missions from screen, app, Pager or management system, to one or more destinations.
Follow
Several robots in a line following each other in order, with visual recognition.
Power-assisted push
You can move it by hand even at full load; it is also used to create the map.
How it is called and controlled
Like the T300, the T300L starts from a call or from a mission sent by the management system:
Touchscreen and press-to-go
Choose the destination on the 10.1" touchscreen and set off with the press-to-go button.
PUDU Pager
One button at the workstation calls the robot: wireless LoRa network, up to 720 m between pager and gateway.
View product →PUDU Link app
Call and track the robot from your smartphone.
Lifting missions via API
WMS, MES or ERP send lifting missions, including multi-stop ones, and receive status and errors in real time.
Elevators and doors
Elevators
With the LoRa elevator kit it changes floors without accessing the elevator’s internal systems; it is installed by the elevator maintenance company and needs a data SIM.
View product →Automatic doors and turnstiles
The 2-relay Bluetooth gateway module opens doors and passages as the robot passes.
View product →Automatic charging
When the battery is low it returns to the station on its own; alternatively cable charging or battery swap.
View product →PUDU OS: the software that lets the T300L work on its own
PUDU OS is the operating system of PUDU robots: maps, navigation, route planning, updates and data. In practice:
Maps and navigation
You map the site once, define the points where racks are picked up and dropped off and change them when the layout changes. The robot recalculates its route around obstacles.
Fleet, PUDU Link and PUDU Pager
PUDU Scheduler coordinates up to 20 robots of the T300 series per site. Calls from PUDU Pager, app or API reach the same system; with PUDU Link you control all your PUDU robots.
PUDU Open Platform API
With the Cloud API (or the Private Cloud API for private installations) your WMS, MES or ERP sends missions and receives status, position and errors in real time via callbacks, plus the history of missions, charging and faults.
PUDU Skill
A package for AI coding tools that knows the up-to-date PUDU APIs: whoever develops the integration with your systems writes it faster.
A single PUDU ecosystem for cleaning, delivery and logistics: same app, same reports. API access goes through the distributor: we activate it.
Data, security and compliance
A robot in your company must be safe for your data too. This is how it is protected:
Information security
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy (certification body DNV): encrypted data, controlled access and a dedicated security department.
Privacy and GDPR
It comes with a GDPR compliance declaration signed by the manufacturer. It does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces: cameras and sensors are used only to find its way and avoid obstacles. Only operating data goes to the cloud: routes, activities, status and faults.
Data kept on site with PUDU Cloud Veil
If data must not leave the company, with PUDU Cloud Veil it runs locally or on your private cloud, without passing through PUDU servers. We define the configuration for your model in the quote.
CE marking and standards
The T300 series is CE certified by TÜV SÜD (Machinery and RED Directives) to EN ISO 3691-4 and EN 1175. The robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity.
Settings and working modes are password-protected: unauthorised staff cannot change them.

An AGV follows fixed paths (magnetic tape, wires or markers) and stops in front of an obstacle. An AMR like the T300 maps the environment, plans its own route and drives around obstacles: it is installed without floor works and reprogrammed in minutes when the layout changes.
The robot slides under the rack or cart, recognises it, docks, lifts it by 60 mm and takes it to its destination; there it sets it down, undocks on its own and immediately sets off on a new mission. Lifting missions are started from the robot, with the PUDU Pager, from the PUDU Link app or from your management system via API, including multi-stop missions.
Introducing the PUDU T300 in your warehouse brings measurable benefits, including:
Productivity up to 200% higher: it drastically cuts the time operators spend walking, increasing units picked per hour (UPH).
Lower operating costs: it minimizes low-value manual work and optimizes staff deployment.
Greater safety: it eliminates the risks of manually handling heavy loads and reduces pedestrian traffic.
Flexibility and scalability: the robot fleet can easily be expanded or reconfigured to adapt to layout changes or work peaks.
With the PUDU Lifting Rack: 900 × 660 × 308 mm, usable deck 820 × 610 mm, base 275 mm above the floor, 15.7 kg, lockable swivel castors. The T300L is 241 mm high at the chassis, has 30 mm ground clearance and lifts by 60 mm. With other carts, what matters is the free space under the deck, dimensions, frame and total weight within 300 kg: we check them during the site survey and confirm compatibility with PUDU.
Up to 300 kg on the loading deck, through 60 cm gaps. With the towing device it pulls your existing carts up to 400 kg; the T300L drives under carts and racks and lifts them by 60 mm.
It measures 835 × 500 × 1350 mm, like the T300, and weighs 81 kg. It climbs thresholds up to 20 mm, gaps up to 35 mm and slopes up to 5°. The minimum passage width depends on the size of the rack or cart it carries: we calculate it on your routes.
The T300 with towing uses the wheeled carts you already have, without modifying them, up to 400 kg with counterweight, but hitching is manual and when towing it travels at 0.8 m/s. The T300L loads and unloads dedicated racks up to 300 kg on its own, without an operator, at 1.2 m/s. The T600 Underride lifts existing shelves and carts from underneath up to 600 kg, or pallets with the dedicated bracket; it is 255 mm high and works only automatically.
Like the T300: 30 Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, replaceable; up to 12 hours without load and about 6 hours at full load. Charging 0–90% in 2 hours, at the automatic station or with the cable.
Yes. It complies with ISO 3691-4 for driverless industrial trucks: 360° LiDAR, depth cameras, collision sensors and emergency stop buttons. It detects people and obstacles, including low or overhanging ones, slows down or stops, and respects yellow safety lines on the floor.
No: the T300 finds its way with cameras and LiDAR, without tape or magnets. Markers are optional, for very repetitive environments. Elevators and automatic doors connect through PUDU IoT modules.
In four ways: with the one-button pager, from the touchscreen or the press-to-go button on the robot, from the Pudu Link app on a smartphone, or automatically from your system via API. Calls sent via API can have a priority and, if the robot is busy, they are queued until it is free.
Yes. The LoRa elevator kit lets the robot call the elevator and change floor without interfering with the elevator’s internal systems; it is installed by the maintenance company and requires a data SIM. For automatic doors and turnstiles there is the 2-relay Bluetooth gateway module.
A network connection is needed for the app, calls from your systems, the APIs and coordinating several robots. During the analysis we check coverage along the routes and at loading and unloading points with you.
Yes: with the PUDU Open Platform your WMS, MES or ERP calls the robots, sends missions and receives mission status, position and errors in real time (callbacks); multi-stop lifting missions and historical data on missions, charging and faults are also available. API keys are obtained through the distributor: we activate them and support your integrator; PUDU provides code samples in Python, Java, JavaScript, Go and C#.
The map is created by moving the robot along the routes in power-assist mode, then loading and unloading points are defined: no floor works are needed. Timing depends on the area and the number of points; for order picking PUDU states less than a week.
It depends on trips per hour, distances, loads and loading and unloading times: we calculate it with you during the analysis. You can start with one robot and add more: the PUDU Scheduler coordinates up to 20 robots on the same site.
LeanProducts, official PUDU distributor in Italy, handles flow analysis, installation, mapping and operator training. On request we arrange a demo at your site.
LeanProducts provides direct support throughout Italy through its own technicians. Types of support offered:
- phone support and remote access for questions or analysis;
- on-site repair or, preferably, shipment to our premises;
- specific training so you can work independently.
Yes. The manufacturer has signed a GDPR compliance declaration for T300, T600, PuduBot 2, KettyBot Pro and BellaBot Pro. The robot does not record images of the surroundings and does not recognise faces. The depth sensors are used to plan the route: the data is continuously overwritten and is neither saved nor sent to the cloud. The ceiling-facing VSLAM camera is used only for localisation: the images are converted on the robot into geometric points and then deleted. Only operating data (routes, completed tasks, status and faults) goes to the PUDU cloud, no personal data. We provide the declaration with the quote.
Yes. With PUDU Cloud Veil the data runs locally or on your private cloud and does not pass through PUDU servers: no data leakage at source and full control over the information, as required in environments with high confidentiality requirements. To connect the robot to your systems there is the PUDU Cloud Open API. We define the configuration and functions available for your model in the quote.
PUDU is certified ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy, verified by the certification body DNV. Data is encrypted and stored encrypted, access is limited to authorised personnel and a dedicated department oversees information security. Vulnerabilities are reported through an official channel. On the robot, settings and working modes are password-protected and the software is updated remotely.
Yes, every robot comes with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity. The T300 has CE certification (Machinery Directive and RED Directive) issued by TÜV SÜD, according to EN ISO 3691-4 (driverless industrial trucks) and EN 1175 (electrical safety of industrial trucks). The T600 series complies with ISO 3691-4. For the MP2000 we provide the declaration and the standards applied with the quote.
