GF-G P150 profile: high-stiffness twin Ø 43 mm beam for large spans
Two Ø 43 mm pipes at 150 mm centres joined into a 193 mm high beam: it is the stiffest profile in the Green Frame system, with a moment of inertia of 340 × 10⁴ mm⁴ upright. You use it as a beam for large spans: work enclosures and booths, gantries, structures that must cross wide spaces without supports.
Why choose it
Large spans
Upright it has a moment of inertia about 67 times that of the GF-G pipe: it crosses wide spaces without intermediate supports.
Still Green Frame
The two pipes are Ø 43: they are closed with GF-G end caps and work with G series components.
Gantries and enclosures
The right beam for work enclosures and booths, gantries and structures above lines.
Reconfigurable
Like the rest of the system, it can be dismantled and reused when the layout changes.
Choose it if…
- You need to cover a large span without intermediate uprights.
- You are building enclosures, work booths or gantries.
- GF-G W cross members are not enough.
Choose another solution if…
- A more compact stiff cross member is enough: GF-G W profile →
- You need a single Ø 43 pipe: GF-G profile →
- The spans are those of a workstation or shelving unit: GF-N W profile →

How to use it
A beam, not an upright:
Mount it upright
The two pipes one above the other: this way it works with the maximum moment of inertia, 340.49 × 10⁴ mm⁴.
Joints and supports
With beam-scale spans and loads, it is the joints, uprights and feet that determine the load capacity: we check them on the project.
Closed ends
Close the ends of the two pipes with the GF-G inner end cap.
Send us the span, loads and support points: we define the joint layout with you.
The LeanProducts service
From drawing to finished structure, with a single point of contact:
Design and load calculation
We start from your sketch or dimensions: we choose profiles and connectors and check spans, joints and loads.
Cut to length
We cut the profiles in our workshop to the lengths in the design, ready to assemble.
Kit or assembled structure
You receive the kit with the cut parts and the list of components, or the structure already assembled.
Spare parts and modifications
When the process changes we supply components and new cuts to modify or extend the structure.
Send us a sketch, a photo or the overall dimensions: we will reply with codes, quantities and cut lengths.

It is a beam made of two Ø 43 mm pipes at 150 mm centres, 193 mm high and weighing 2.07 kg/m. It is the stiffest profile in the Green Frame system: it is used for large spans, work enclosures and booths, and gantries.
The GF-G W has its two pipes closer together, is 98 mm high and has 52.42 × 10⁴ mm⁴ upright; the P150 reaches 340.49 × 10⁴ mm⁴, more than six times as much, with a weight of 2.07 kg/m against 1.74. The W is the compact stiff cross member, the P150 the beam for large spans.
Upright, with the two pipes one above the other: this is the orientation in which it performs best. Flat, the moment of inertia drops to 10.15 × 10⁴ mm⁴.
The beam on its own is very stiff: in practice it is the joints, uprights and feet that determine the load capacity. Send us the span, loads and support points: we will check the whole structure.
The two pipes are Ø 43, so you work with GF-G series components. We define the joint layout with you on the project, based on span and loads.
With the GF-G inner end cap GFA-402 on each of the two pipes.
The GF-G profile is the basic Ø 43 pipe. The one with C10 slot adds a slot for T-nuts and the connection to SF square profiles. The Hard has a thick wall, about twice the bending resistance, for joints that take impacts. The GF-G W joins two Ø 43 pipes and is the cross member for high loads; the P150 is a 193 mm high twin beam for large spans, work enclosures and gantries.
The GF-N Ø 28 is the standard for workstations, flow racks and trolleys. The GF-S Ø 19 weighs about half as much (0.20 kg/m versus 0.37) and is for light frames, dividers, guards and small mechanisms. The GF-G Ø 43 is for uprights and cross members that have to carry a lot: over a 1000 mm span it supports 851 N at the centre versus 195 N for the GF-N, for the same deflection. It is often worth mixing them, for example GF-G uprights and GF-N cross members joined by mixed connectors.
Yes. Green Frame profiles can be ordered as 4000 mm bars or cut to the length you need: we do the cutting ourselves, in our workshop. Give us the dimensions of the pieces or send us a sketch of the structure and we will prepare the cutting list.
Yes. The standard series is GF-N (Ø 28 mm pipe); GF-S (Ø 19 mm) is lighter and more compact, GF-G (Ø 43 mm) is for stiffer structures. There are mixed connectors that join pipes from different series, for example a Ø 19 or Ø 43 pipe to a Ø 28 pipe, so you use the right diameter at every point of the structure.
No. The connectors are fixed to the pipe with hex socket screws: a hex key is all you need. Loosen the screw, insert the pipe, bring it into position and tighten. No welding, drilling or painting.
Yes, it is the strength of the pipe system: loosen the connectors, move or replace the pipes and retighten. You can raise a shelf, extend a workbench or reuse the components in another structure when the process changes, with continuous improvement in mind.
Yes. We can design the structure (workstation, flow rack, trolley, line-side supermarket) with the load calculation and deliver it to you assembled or as a kit with the parts already cut and the list of components.
No. Profiles and connectors are in anodised aluminium: the surface resists corrosion and wear without painting and is easy to clean.
Yes. The range includes conductive components such as ESD inner end caps, ESD clips for electrical continuity between pipe and connector, and ESD inserts for levelling feet and castors. Tell us which EPA area you work in and we will tell you the components to use.
